Coach

Head Coach - Brittney Bianco
Coach Brittney begins her second year of coaching at P3R. She began playing volleyball in 7th grade but grew up in the sport because both her step-dad and grandfather coached at Freeport. Brittney was a 4 year varsity player and her freshman year Freeport won the WPIAL Championship. During her senior year Brittney was named captain and helped lead her team to another WPIAL Championship in 2014. She played as a setter all through high school and club until her senior year she switched to a libero. Brittney played for the Spartan Volleyball club and her senior year they won the KRVA 18's Championship at the Harrisburg Farm Complex. Brittney had many opportunities to play at the collegiate level upon graduating but faced a hip injury her senior season of track that held her back from playing. After recovering Brittney played again at Butler County Community College for 2 years as their starting setter. Over her time at BC3, she was named All-American 2017 and holds the #2 place record for number of assists. Then she transferred to Point Park University as a setter & shared setting duties with a fellow teammate. Brittney also coached Freeport Area Junior High School's team for 2 years as assistant coach and Spartans 18's team for one year. She graduated with a degree in Forensic Science, Criminology, and Psychology.
