Coach

Head Coach - Dave Gealey

Dave Gealey is in his second year coaching with P3R.  Dave began playing volleyball in 9th grade at Baldwin High School which was the first year of their boy’s volleyball program.  He led the team to the WPIAL and PIAA State playoffs during his three years as a starter.  Dave was then asked to try out for the Penn State Men’s Volleyball Team and made the team as a walk-on in 1993.  He was part of the NCAA National Championship team in 1994 as a redshirt freshman and four years later (1997-98), was voted team captain.  Dave was a versatile player and started at three different positions during his career at Penn State: outside hitter, right side hitter and defensive specialist.  Dave currently resides in Bethel Park with his wife Tiffane and three children, Grace, Gabby and Grant.
